Auto Insurance Policies

Most of the auto insurance policies available in the market have the same structure and built. No matter what kind of insurance policy a person would go for, at the end of it all, he would have to pay the insurance premium in the same way as he would have to pay it in another insurance plan. These structures of the various insurance policies are broadly divided into six divisions. First one is the heading which includes the full address of the applicant along with his name and the name of the auto insurance company. The auto insurance company decides the rules and documentations of the insurance policy which a person is going to buy from the company.

The second section consists of a brief explanation of what all things are going to be covered in the insurance plan. It also consists of all the details of the insurance premiums that have to pay by the customer to the insurance company to keep the auto insurance alive. The next section consists of an operative clause which details the list with all the types of the events that auto insurance must cover under their insurance plan. These events include accident, thefts, and other damages which are dealt by the automobile while parked at a place. It also includes exception clauses which cover various exceptions.

All the auto insurance policies state in their agreement that if the car is driven by any other person than the driver himself during the time of damage, then the cover to that damage would not be provided by the insurance company and hence all the premium that has been deposited by the driver in the insurance company would go waste. The fifth section consists of the list with various conditions that are implied to the insurance plan. These conditions are applied to the insurance plan so that the plan would become more operative and hence there would be no hurdles in execution of the plan during the long run.

The last and the final section of the insurance policy is the schedule of the insurance plan. It gives details about the period for which the person’s automobile is insured and is also related to both auto insurance certificate and policy. Most auto insurance companies follow the same rule while selling their customers the insurance plans and hence a person can go for any auto insurance plan and would not find any major difference between them.
